The Droveway, Brighton
  • Our clients had moved into a contemporary house with no built in storage.  We were commissioned to make tailored furniture for the master bedroom and hall.

We suggested free standing pieces  to try and preserve the generously proportioned spaces, extenuate the architectural features and mean they could be  delivered and installed in one day.

The wardrobe has sequentially veneered doors with solid edging  and a satin white lacquered case.  The interior is white Formica with solid oak edging and features a bespoke, angled, hanging rail.

The bank of drawers has a 3mm oak veneered (constructional) case, with drawer fronts made from solid  walnut, cherry, maple and oak.

The cherry desk features all sorts tricks - power sockets in one of drawers for a hair dryer and straighteners and a remote lift for the three part mirror.
